Special Care Foundation Mission

Mission Statement
Headquartered in Maryland, The Special Care  Foundation (SCF) was established in 1995 to raise funds for critical programs designed for children and adults with Down syndrome.  Through this effort, we also wish to raise public awareness about the importance of inclusion and the rights and abilities of all people with Down syndrome.

Non-Profit Statement 
The Special Care  Foundation (SCF) is a registered non-profit organization.  All contributions qualify as a tax deductible charitable contribution according to IRS rule 501, SCF's tax ID is 52-1970452.
